Ralph Engelstad Arena tickets are now available for ice hockey games featuring the home team, the North Dakota Fighting Sioux. The arena can also host basketball games, concerts, conventions, rodeos and many more different kinds of events. It is located at the University Village at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
The Ralph Engelstad Arena was the generous gift of Ralph Engelstad, a graduate of UND and a casino owner. Construction of the arena was completed in October of 2001. If you are getting tickets, you might want to check out the Ralph Engelstad Arena seating chart, because it is subject to change for various different events. The maximum capacity is roughly 11,400 for most events.
In 2005, the Ralph Engelstad Arena hosted the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, selling over 195,000 tickets over the course of the event. This arena has also hosted some of the most exciting action in the NCAA Hockey Tournaments, as well as international curling tournaments. If you are interested in anything at The Ralph, you had better secure your tickets as early as possible, because they can go very quickly for the bigger events.
